Hi,
Enclosed is a membership application to the Yellowstone Recreation Club. It is comprised of around 60 members. The membership entitles full use of the lake. Included are activities such as boating, hunting (no rifles, shotguns only), camping and great times with other members. We have a workday once a year generally the first weekend of May. At this time, we repair the docks, clean up around the lake, and other assorted tasks.
Please sign the liability letter and fill out the page regarding information about you and your family. Enclose a check for $5150 ($3500 initiation fee and $1650 yearly dues fee), and mail the two items to:

The schedule of events is roughly:
1-31-2025 - All current members must be paid up, this includes any
missed workday fees. Insurance paperwork should be
included.
Second week in February - vote on new members, notification of acceptance.
First week in March - New members there is an orientation session to familiarize you with some of the unique items around the lake - like sandbars and water inlets.
April 12 & 13th 2025 - Work days at the lake.
We will not cash any checks until after
notification of acceptance to the club. If not accepted you will receive your
check back in the mail.
This is an irrigation lake so water levels do go down during the summer. We have added more length with concrete to the boat ramp. We are actively working with the owners of the lake - Highland Ditch Company - to maintain an acceptable level of water but the weather and heat of the summer have a direct relationship to the water level.
